Terms of Service

By using this website or signing up for residential trash pickup with God's Green Earth Sanitation LLC, you agree to these terms.

Service area

Weekly residential trash pickup is currently limited to select neighborhoods in Upstate South Carolina. Coverage may expand in the future.

Pricing & billing

The first can is $54.00 every three months. Each additional can is $36.00 per quarter. A one-time delivery fee of $15.00 applies per can. The first invoice is due on signup; service renews every 90 days unless cancelled or disabled. You may choose automatic quarterly card charges or pay each invoice through an emailed link. Pay-by-link accounts receive a reminder 7 days before the due date and must pay through that link. If payment is not received within 7 days after the due date, service may be paused.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and address information, set cans out as instructed, and keep payment information current. Misuse of containers or unsafe materials may result in refused pickup or additional fees.

Cancellation

Contact us to cancel service. Charges already invoiced for the current quarter remain due unless we agree otherwise in writing.
